CHESAPEAKE BAY RETRIEVERS

Welcome to Beartown Kennels. We are breeders of Chesapeake Bay Retrievers exclusively. We have 35 years experience with the breed and have been waterfowl hunters for more than 40 years. Our primary goal is to breed pups that will do the job for hunters. Many of our pups also go to active companion homes.

Left navigation.

The navigation section on your left will take you to information about our kennel and the dogs. These are mostly text files but the section on Ourdogs also has pictures. There are important sections on dog ownership basics and Chesapeakes in particular.

Right photo navigation.

Clicking on the thumbnails at right will take you to photo pages. On those pages are pictures sent in by clients. There will also be links to puppy pictures when available.

Updates May 30, 2008

Our planned June litter did not materialize so we will not have any pups available until late winter or early spring 2009. We hope to have two litters then.

We have a young female for sale to a companion home.
