CHESAPEAKE BAY RETRIEVERS

Pattie was our first Mount Joy female. We were given Mount Joy's Mighty Ike*** when he was 9 years old. We liked him so much that we tried to get a son or daughter. Ike, unfortunately, was sterile by that time. We bought his granddaughter, Pattie, from Lyle Larson of Utah. Pattie was a superb hunting dog, did some field trialing and produced excellent pups. She had the same great temperament with people as old Ike and, like him, loved any puppies. She spent her golden years teaching pups to retrieve in the water.
