Chesapeakes may be big, tough hunting dogs. That doesn't mean they want to live rough. Comfort is also nice. Relaxing on the couch with a friend is a great way to spend the afternoon.

Not everyone wants their dogs on the furniture, but all dogs think it is a good idea? If a couch isn't available, a cozy armchair will do. Plenty of room for a pup to stretch out.

Every pampered Chessie wants to unwrap their own Christmas gift. Of course, if given the chance, they will unwrap all the gifts. There is something hard-wired into kids and dogs. They love to hear paper tearing.

There is nothing like a new, squeaky clean toy in your bed. Of course, if it was spring mud season, puppy, bed and toy might all be a bit dirtier.
